Question replacing headlight gasket

Is the headlight gasket a user replaceable part on a 2004 gp? if yes how?
Water is leaking in and blowing bulbs.

Re: replacing headlight gasket

Was '04 the body style change? If so I can't say I've looked at one of those headlight housings, but if it's anything like the 97+ body style it's not exactly "serviceable" but you can get it apart and reseal it. You'll need to heat up the edge of the housing where the lense seals to the housing and pry at the lense carefully. Then use some silicone to reseal it after cleaning out all the old sealer.

BTW- Since your car is an '04 would it happen to still be under warranty so you could take this in and have it replaced by the dealer?
