Question Question about monte rims on 1996 Lumina.

Does anyone know if the rims are interchangeable from a Monte Carlo to a Lumina. There is a set on eBay and the guy claims that they will but I want to be sure. Thanks.

Re: Question about monte rims on 1996 Lumina.

I can't say with 100% confidence, but unless the Monte has some kind of special braking package (i.e. an Earnhart edition or something oddball like that), there's no reason why the wheels wouldn't be the same.

Re: Question about monte rims on 1996 Lumina.

bolts will line up, but offsets may be different. if they are from an older monte, say a 99 or later, they should fit. anything newer or anything off of an impala probably has different offsets amd will hit the caliper. trust me, i have experience with this.
