Steering whell off Center alot...

I live in Northern Canada the roads in the winter here are are super ruff on vehicles , i just noticed over the past couple of weeks since its started warming up and the orads were clearing that the performance on the handling of my car seems ackward, my steering wheel is off centered alot now to the point where if i put the wheel right in the center my car turns to the right, when i go around a corner thats banked i end up if its a left banked corner i have to turn the wheel to the right more than the left to keep it in my lane. my car feels like the steering is weak its very easy to go left and right when on a straight road, the alignment in my car is fine, but it feels like i have alot of body roll sometimes when im driving around town. an dim not sure about the power steering fluid i checked it today wheni changed the oil in my 2001 grand am se 2.4L the fluid is very low in the resevoir, and the cap says to add but im dont know how much to add. any ideas?

It sounds like you need to take the car to the alignment shop to have the suspension and alignment checked you may have bent suspension components or bad ball joints. Get it checked asap as it could cause you to have an accident.

As for the power steering fluid, simply refill it to the mark when the engine is cold. Use power steereing fluid that is indicated in the owners manual.
