some systoms of a bad EGR vavle?

my engine light is coming on, so i checked it out, comes back my egr vavle is bad, could a bad EGR vavle be the reason why my car is idle'ing bad? what are some idle'ing issues that can be a result of a bad egr vavle?

bad gas millage for sure

if the egr was stuck open it would always be dumping exhaust in your intake so it could possibly cause a rough idle. I have one that I would sell you that works if you are interested

Plus a check engine light is a fairly good tell tale if you have a code reader..since it will tell you...lol

Bad idle is a big one. Mine is bad right now. Waiting for Travis's to come in the mail. :-) It will also be bad when you put it in neutral. The rpms will surge back and forth. Mine goes from 1000 to 2000 bad and forth until I come to a complete stop. Weird.
