Angry Dash Lights

I have a '97 Ford F-350 with Deisel. The right half of the lights behind the tach have gone out. My question is this. Are there bulbs on the newer Fords or is it something that I can't fix myself.
Thanks for your help in advance.:help:

Since I posted this question, I discovered that behind the instrument cluster, there are several little light bulbs. I went to the Ford parts dealer and bought a handfull of the little bulbs. Very low cost. I replaced several in the area and it worked. The BIG problem is getting the instrument panel itself out so you can work on it. It is such a cheap piece of crud that it will break very easly, so first thing to get is a good supply of epoxy so you can glue the damn thing back together.
Hope this helps
