spoon engines??
Does anyone out there know how much hp a stock spoon engine has? Also how much does a whole motor swap package usually go for? (motor, tranny, ecu, axles, all the goodies needed)

Sorry for me being naive, but what is a spoon engine? Is it just a type of engine? What makes it so good/fast? I remember hearing about it in The Fast and The Furious, and in GT3 there's a Spoon S2000. Just wondering, thanks!

jcl- It's a very very expensive highly tuned engine made from the manufacture Spoon Sport in Japan . They make really really good aftermarket stuff for your honda or acura . I'll post some specs of the spoon engine if i can find the site . Peace

I'm not sure but I thought spoon blocks were larger? Like a spoon b18C motor is 2.0 L (even though the engine code indicates a 1.8) etc....

spoons
man u guys dont know much about cars. a b16a engine comes w/ 190hp.
a b17b comes w/ 200hp. a b18c comes w/ 210hp. the engines cost $4260. of course u can put turbo on a spoon, u can put turbo on anything, just that it might blow out ur engine.
