93 Lumina 3.1 6 cylinder with 136000 miles with ECM telling it to idle to high and to low. Also is running on only 5 cylinders instead of 6. Any ideas on how to get this fixed for fairly cheap.

Have you tuned it up recently (changed the plugs, wires, pcv, etc...)? If not, try that first.

New Spark Plugs and Wires had it in the shop today to run a diagnostic and said needed new ECM and was only running on 5 cylinders. Don't even know what the pcv is.
