1st thing you need to check is if fuel pump is coming on. Listen at the tank when the key is turned on. If the pump doesn't come on, the new pump or relay could be faulty. Next, check fuel pressure at the rail. Should be 31-34 psi, key on/engine off (if lower, new fuel pump could be faulty). Start car, should drop approx 3-4psi, then disconnect vacuum line to fuel pressure regulator, should shoot back up to key on/engine off reading or slightly higher (if readings don't change, fuel pressure regulator is faulty). If fuel system passes ALL above tests, your problem is most likely ignition related and just a coincidence.
