I am a private party selling my car.

The car is a 1965 Coupe.

Goldwood Yellow with Blk vinyl interior. Original color codes and current colors.

The car is an original 365 HP 327

Original teak wheel.

Corvette AM FM radio.

Posi rear with 4:11 gears. Rear end stamped for 4:11 gearing.

Currently has repro knock off wheels. Have the steel wheels (http://www.corvetteforums.com/m_5770/tm.htm#) as well.

Engine (http://www.corvetteforums.com/m_5770/tm.htm#) was just rebuilt/restored by a corvette restoration expert in Southern California. Engine has rebuilt finned balancer, new flat top pistons giving approx 9.7:1, new valves, valve springs, rocker arms, guides, seals, new 30-30 cam and solid lifters, new water pump, oil pump. Engine balanced. Bore is now 30 over. Engine has matching numbers on pad that appear correct. They were examined by a corvette specialist when I purchased the car and appeared to be factory. Casting codes correct. New black GF 90 fuel filter. New chrome fuel line pump to filter. Original AC fuel pump. Black Powder Coated and silkscreened oil filter cannister. The 2818-1 carb was restored, replated and recolored by Custom Rebuilt Carburetors. Intake manifold and valve covers were media tumbled and look like new.

Engine codes indicate car was originally a transistor ignition option car. Car now has restored/rebuilt point type distributor for 1965 365 HP engine. I do not have the original TI Distributor.

Transmission and rear appear to be original based on numbers.

New motor mounts and transmission mounts.

New clutch and resurfaced flywheel.

New Transmission tunnel insulation.

New Dewitts restoration radiator with correct date. New correct restoration heater hoses and clamps.

All shielding in place. Original chrome filter housing.

New correct rivited steering rag joint.

Transmission is close ratio 4 speed.

Recent brakes.

Bonding strips intact. Never flared.

Frame solid. Much original factory frame paint remains. California car.

Interior is vintage aside from new headliner. All gauges function correctly except odometer. Clock keeps time but periodically stops.

New correct 1965 grill.

$38,000
