85 trans am brake problem
I just picked up a 85 trans am. I am the second owner and the car has been in storage for 12 years, but driven in a yard 4 years ago. My problem is I took the car for a drive down my street and noticed when the brakes where pressed it pulled hard to the drivers side. I removed the rear wheels and used an air compressor to blow the crap out of the brake assembly, the brakes where in near perfect condition. Reinstalled the drum and tires and moved on to the front. Both driver and passenger pads looked great, but when i tried to remove the passenger caliper it was stuck. I broke a c-clamp trying to remove it, I replaced the caliper after I got it removed and when trying to bleed the caliper my brother said he couldnt even move the brake pedal. So I climb in the seat and sure enough the pedal wouldnt move. I started the car to see if the power brakes would allow the pedal to be pressed and it did after I held it for like 1 min, but when i let the pedal back up it again was stuck up. So my ?? is what could have changed the pedal not pressing. It worked before the work i explained above. The drivers side caliper was alittle hard to compress to remove but it came off. Any info anyone has would be nice... Thanks
