2000 z71 5.3 SES light on

My "service engine soon" light has been on forever...

The code I get is about the O2 sensor, but since the truck was running fine I never bothered with replacing them. At inspection time I just reset the computer (via disconnecting the battery) and run 93 octane plus some octane booster and the codes do not come back until I run cheap gas again.

Now I am thinking of selling the truck and I need to get this fixed the right way. My question is about what to replace. Should I just replace the O2 sensor in question, or possibly all four? I've been told by many people that the O2 sensor is often times more a symptom than an illness...Is there anything else I should check before replacing the sensors.

I'm lead to believe that this is just a bad sensor because the truck still runs great, but I'm no expert so any advice would be appreciated.

fyi.. The code references the O2 sensor that is after the cat. converter..

Thanks
