VL-HDT

Hi, posted this in Terrano as well, but this forum might be more appropriate.

Need some help with getting the tacho working in a 1991 Terrano I with a TD27 diesel engine. There's a 2 wire cable coming out of the bottom of the timing cover just in front of the injector pump, is that the cable for the tacho?
If yes, I'm having problems trying to figure out where it plugs in to the main harness.
