Is it possible to swap an H22 into an 89 crx?widebodyrex 03-22-2006, 01:26 AM I was currious if it would be possible to swap an h22 into an 89 crx? I see that you can swap it for the 92-95 civic but I was debating on an h22 or b16. If you guys could help me out I'd apreciate it. I'd prefer to do an h22 so that way I get more street respect. eurobeaner 03-22-2006, 10:07 PM widebodyrex 03-23-2006, 01:01 AM What would be a more reliable engine to do then a h22, b16, or b18? My car happens to be a 13 piece black widow wide body crx with a tilt forward carbon fiber hood, 18" racing rims, so its more show quality then racing. What I'm looking for is something I can turbo and leave it as that. I'm not too concerned in the quarter mile, what would you recommend? iVteC_PoWeR 03-23-2006, 07:19 PM its whatever you like...really compared to the B series the H22 is the hardest and most expensive...and theyre all reliable IF you get one in good condition so not too much to worry about there...if you just want turbo then B18b is a great motor for boost...loads cheaper than the H22 and a lot easier...now if you want vtec than you can go b16 or gsr turbo but on stock internals they cant boost as much as the LS...but they make better power stock compared to a LS soo its really up to you Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
