Grand cherokee seats in a Cherokee sport..Possible?

I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4...I was wondering...do any of the Grand Cherokee seats fit in my cherokee??? Looking for leather seats for the front and back. Can I just swap out some grand cherokee seats and put them into my cherokee sport?

the front seats may be possible but not the rear one
