I was wondering if there is a way to remove the cup holder in the center console. I have a 02 silverado. And I just want to pop out the cup holder and change it out with a new cup holder. Also do you think i could paint the cup holder without any problems ....

My cup holder just pops out. Grab the little triangle peice in the middle and pull.

P.S. There is a little room under the cup holder that some people like to use to hide valuables, or whatever.

Yes it is, Does that thing pop off in the middle ? It looks like it does ,but idon't want to break it.

yep, So that thing in the middle pops off ? I thought it did,but was scared i was going to break it. :)

ya try popping it off from the side. it comes out easier. i hide plenty of stuff under mine :)

Just pull up. It's good for hiding things in:wink:
