I have a 1991 RX-7 with the retractable seatbelt catch. I bought the car from the states and brought it into canada. I had called the dealer to get it done and they said it can't be done because it came from the US, is this true. If so what should I do?

dunna bout it being true, but u can just go to www.mazdatrix.com and pick one up for cheaper than what the dealer would charge ya.....
