Polyurethane bushings question

Does anybody have any experience using polyurethane bushings? I am thinking of using them on the rear swaybar on my 98 Camry. I have heard pros and cons about them. Some say they squeak. Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.

If you have the "LE" perhaps try Toyota's "SE" bushings, that way you've still got the benefit of factory research and design, with a stiffer handling response.

It's an XLE 4 cylinder. I'm not sure, but I would guess that SE models would have bigger (thicker) swaybars than the 16MM rears on my XLE.

Daniel same part. The differance is that the i4's have a smaller rear sway bar than the stock v6's.

Mike, I've had poly bushings on my sway bars for sevearl years now. Provided you grease them well during installation, there is no audiable difference from any other type of bushing. All bushing materials will squeak if not lubricated. Buy yourself upgraded sway bar<s> & replace the end links.
