1998 f150 won't start

V6 4.2 liter Manual trans.

When starting I get one click
I have full battery (even tried jumping it)
Tried hitting starter (nothing)
When turning the key the locks jump up and down.

Is it a starter, neutral switch for clutch, or some electrical problem.

check your selinoid, it might be a fuse also but i would still look into the starter idea, sorry for the late reply!!! it could be a relay..... good luck!
