No magazine I know of condones street racing at all. All of them cover the so called "Tuner Lifestyle" with many covering all the different areas (domestic, Asian import, Euro import, Drifting, budget tunning, etc.) of modding cars, but non saying street racing is good. Oh, and I'm pretty sure this is the wrong section.

I think that they can get sued if they promote street racing, due to the fact that they are pretty much selling a product that is promoting ilegal activities. I have heard stories of people joining street racing "clubs" by paying memberships, getting in wrecks and turning around and suing those people who started the clubs and winning. I dont think that they can be sued if they dont make any money, like this forum. We dont pay them to for anything so we cant sue them if something happens. I could be wrong on all of this. I dunno just my 2 cents.

Someone could sue this forum if "forum officials" if you will were condoning it. There are so many loop holes and money thirsty people that these things do happen some time. Even if a contract is signed or agreed to across the internet.
