2001 Grand Am

I have a 2001 Grand Am Se1. I was wondering if the battery is low will it cause the ABS, battery, brake and traction off lights to show?It has been driving just fine. One day I was pulling out of my driveway and these lights stayed on. I disconnected the battery to see if that would reset and it didn't and killing the car and starting it again didn't work any suggestions?

Re: 2001 Grand Am

I have a '99 Grand AM SE... the same thing happend but it was because the alternator was going out. If you are not careful, the battery will die on you while driving like it did on me. The steering and brakes go out if that happens. So you may need to get that checked. Also, you might try calling a GM dealership. GOOD LUCK
