Question Stats

I was wondering what is the 0-60 and 1/4 mile time on my truck? I have a 97 Sierra short bed, it has a 5.7L vortec motor. The only thing done to the truck is it has duel 40 seires flowmaster exhaust, cat back and a k&n intake. I know my v6 firebird runs a 15.7 in the 1/4 and my truck is faster. Can anyone help me with this info?

Re: Stats

yeah prolly a upper 14 or lower 15... that 350 only makes about 250 at the crank at best most likely, or maybe even less... i know that the previous one without vortec heads only make 210 at the crank... basically, in a car it would be pretty quick, but alas it is in a 5500+ pound truck, and that takes a lot of lugging to get momentum going
