2000 Eurovan Emmission Question

I have 3 obd 2 codes that are preventing me from getting another good inspection sticker. They are 0400, 1476, and 1300. What can I do to correct them?

EVAP Emission Contr.LDP Circ Malfunction
Leak detection pump problably failed. Eurovans 00+ have common problems with the charcoal canister and LDP. If its not warranty replace the LDP and Canister. ALso replace the evap purge valve.

About how much should this cost and can I do it myself? I always do my own work. I have replaced the AC compresor,waterpump, brakes, shocks, etc. Is it any more difficult than what I have already done?

Is there a difference between a leak detection pump and a secondary air pump?

yes, the ldp is behind the driver front wheel where the jack point is. Its what pulls a vacuum into the gas tank to see if there is a leak.

secondary air pump puts extra air into the exhaust stream to help emissions.

Both are easily replaced, parts are expensive though
