I have a 93 with the 2.0. Recently had a whole distributor assembly put in. Since then it has been dying with increasing frequency. It usually won't do it when I drive straight to work and straight home but if I stop somewhere it will die afterwards. It usually won't start for a minute or two. Sometimes it will start back up with no problems but sometimes it will smoke, backfire and run rich for a bit. It will actually die and then compression start while driving. Seems worse in the afternoons.

I took it back to the shop and after $200 dollars and a shrug it still has the same problem so obviously no trouble codes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

damn man thats crazy man i dont know about that but maybe u can help me i have a 626 got ramair in take by my fog lights need to know if that can hurt the car thanks man
