Went out and bought Slowprocess II...
Well, the tranny on the truck is in need of repair, so I went out Friday looking for another everyday driver. Went by a dealership and picked up Slowprocess II. 2000 Camaro SS, pewter, t-tops, auto, black leather/interior, power everything, gunmetal 10 spokes, completely stock with 47,000 miles. I knew the car from the town it was in. It was girl driven and absolutely pampered(that's why I snatched it up!!!). Only thing is I'm having trouble getting the perfume smell out of the car(luckily it smells GOOD, but the girlfriend gets suspicious easily...)
We're getting ice here at the moment, but I'll get some pics up ASAP. I already love this car!!!!

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.

Re: Went out and bought Slowprocess II...
Do you mind me asking how you're able to come up with the money to have an 11sec truck and a daily driver like that?
Let's see pictures.

Re: Went out and bought Slowprocess II...
It's going to start off as a lightly modified daily driver. Probably just do a few bolt ons and I have some spare nitrous parts laying around here. I really want the car to look good, so I will probably start with buying some more wheels(I'm partial to the torque thrust 17s). I'm up in the air on the exhaust setup, but I do have a qtp cutout sitting in my room waiting to go on it.

It helps that I'm 25, just dating, and out of school. The truck was paid off about 2 years ago, so I haven't had a car payment in quite some time. I'm a manager of a chemical warehouse, and they don't pay too bad. I'll get some pics up for you guys. It's covered in ice right now, but maybe it'll thaw up by the time I get home from work.

Re: Went out and bought Slowprocess II...
Sounds like a nice find man...
First thing you need to replace in that car is the rearend.
Mossler 12 bolt... c'mon. Don't be like me and have to spend $900 in repairs.

9".
More gear selection. Stronger. Most of the time can be found for cheaper.
At least that is what I will be putting in mine.

Re: Went out and bought Slowprocess II...
Nice find. Oh and the 9" rearend is pretty expensive from what i've seen online. Heard there is someplace that'll sell a 12 bolt for a little over $1800.00. Dunno how long my 10 bolt will last, and i'm not exactly easy on it
