1998 Fuel Pump Issue

I have been fighting a fuel pump the last week on my 1998 Z71.

I replaced the pump and fuel relay, it lasted about 3 days before it quit again. I have also replaced the connector at the pump.

My question is how many volts should I be getting at the pump?

Re: 1998 Fuel Pump Issue

You should get 12 14 volts, battery voltage at the pump. Possibly a half volt drop through the wire resistance in that distance.
Check the wire to the frame for ground for a clean and tight contact.
