Hi my name is AlexI have a custom copper 1992 240sx coupe but I need help on a price. If any one can help me great if not please do not post. The boby has about 175K, the motor and tranny in it, has 80k. Brand new injen cold air intake(ran down to front bumper slit's), magen racing headers and downpipe, 3in cat and jdm n1 motoria cat-back exhaust(only 200 miles on the intake, headers and exhaust). Glow gauges, cd player, short shifter ect.

I also have a 1993 ka24de rebuilt block, new timing chain and gears, block shaved and bored .030 over, new pistons and rods(ready for turbo),only 500 on block but the head has about 100K. The motor comes with block head(all internals), ecu, wiring harness, shaved fly wheel, new stage 3 clutch(spec C), 240sx matinance and service manual, and some intake pipeing(full motor jus no tranny). I'd say a reasonable price would be between $3k-$1.5k. Go to KBB.com and get the used car value for a good starting point. Then tack on a bit for the mods done but remember, you never get back the same amount you spent on mods.

the N.A.D.A. retail price is about $2500 if its in good shape, so somewhere in that neighborhood

lol my 93 was being sold for 2,500 when i found it. I talked him down to 1600 though. Its just funny how my numbers that i paid and the number offered are basically the same as what you said lol. Guess i didnt do to bad then.

Thankyou guys very much. However there's over $1700 just in new parts. Exhaust(headers to catback), intake and kyb (1 and a half inch drop) all with 200 miles. I was hope'n about 3000 or better, the motor and trans only has 80,000.

I have to say Take it to Texas. I found 3 from a friday(Day the Auto Trader came out) to a Sunday and all 3 were sold by monday. Mine that can been seen here. I got for just under 3k and was lucky to get it. I had 2 people in the dealers office that wanted it also. I beat them by $100 but hay when ya want some thing. Best sugestion is do a Ebay and Autotrader search and get a mean price. There are a ton of people wanting them for Drifting. So you will get your price its just a matter of time.

I am pretty sure aftermarket parts drop the price of the vehicle, except for in the specialty market. You can prolly get away with selling it for 4k on ebay lol.
