I've searched this site looking for someone that may have had the same problem I'm having but I'm not having any luck finding anything with a similar problem. My door will open when I push any of the three buttons but that's it. It just opens and wont open any further. It seems like when the contacts move away from each other everything just stops. It won't open the whole way nor will it close. The motor does run but stops as soon as the contacts are disengaged. I tried to see if there is a code in it but I get no buzzer or anything from it. The people I bought it from said it stopped working 6 months after they bought it new and they just never had it fixed. Any help or ideas would be great! I also tried the reset with no success. Thanks!
