Many of you have seen the top gear track where the Stig tests each car. Best time I've seen was 1'19 by the Ferrari Enzo. Until now :naughty:

:lol2: Heikki Kovalianen (Renault's test driver) actually admitted that he was driving it as the Stig in that episode. It doesn't get a whole lot better then him. Maybe if Alonso was driving you would be happy?

Back when we had the black Stig, its was former F1 driver named Perry McCarthy. There are all sorts of rumors about who the present one is (Tiff, Damon Hill, Ben Collins (F3), or Julian Bailey), while nobody but the Top Gear leadership knows for sure. There is no reason to doubt that 90% of the time the Stig has been the same person, not just some random driver.

HOLY BEJESUS...i want able to watch it at school (damn school secutiry) and i was at the girls house after work yesterday.... a full 20sec faster than an enzo on a semi wet track.

That just puts how fast F1 cars are even more into perspective.

well i meant a car that was set up for watkins glen or infineon. not an oval car, i know your not a nascar guy so idk if you know... but they make cars dedicated to road courses when they race them. they are totally different in their setup from an oval car.

1:18.4, the Enzo was at 1:19.00, and the MC12 did 1:18.90
