whats up guys. i've had this problem for a while now and no ones been able to help me

, so i signed up and am askin you to help.. i have a 85 s10 1.9L 2bar carb. well when ever it
rains, moist, or what ever the whether is when it happens. if its a
dry day this will
not happen...... i let the truck warm up, and usaully i can tell right off the bat if it's going to happen, i will leave to go where ever it is that i'm going i have like a complete power loss, not right away but slowly start to lose power (motor wise). to me it seems like the second barrel is sticking. i can be at a dead stop, try to rev the motor to high rpm but it won't, it just reaches a certain point and does not max out. i will be driving down the road, cruisin at like 55 and notice that my speed is decreasing, while my foot has not moved. i will go to down shift into 3rd to try to get my power back up (i've got a 4spd), BUT it just makes it worse, i lose even more power and it does not build back up. if/when i pull over, shut off the motor, and let sit (cool down) for like 5-10mins, start it back up, i'm good to go. but it'll only run about the same amount of time. if any of you guys can help please do so. thanx much
