Why not rebuild it yourself? I am in the process of rebuilding my 12a right now, and it is pretty easy. Street port it, and get a boost controller. Perhaps even upgrade your fuel delivery and you'd have 300 pretty easily. I know that the stock fuel pump won't send enough fuel to the engine to handle boost in excess of like 10 psi, but with an upgraded fuel pump the stock s4 turbo can handle 13 psi.
Other than that, I wouldn't trust any random person to rebuild my engine for me unless it was a company like racing beat, atkins, or another rotary specialist.
