Which plugs?

I usually run NGK in everything I drive. Anyone have any opinions? After finding out how to switch these babies, I don't want to have to go back in for awhile.

For GMs,go with AC Delco.Ac Delco are the best spark plugs for GM products

And from the sounds of it I should probably go with AC Delco wires?!
