i go on streetfire.net all the time to watch video, but some of the people who post in the comments just piss me off so much. when i read them, it really makes me worry about the country that i am so proud to be a citizen in. i mean do idiot assholes like that really exist? i mean these people are so stupid and so narrow minded, they have the mentality of a 2 year old. the only time i can bring my sanity back and faith in our people is when i come back here. i can honestly say that AF has the most diverse and down to earth people in the automotive community. i mean these guys would call a 1000whp car rice just because it came from japan, or a crap load of rx-7's garbage.

I raced a SC'd z24 when my 98 Mustang GT was completely stock and it couldn't keep up. Anyone who knows how much of a turd stock 98s are will get the picture. And IROCyourimport, your car surely isn't much better. IROCs suck.

yeah give the guy a break I have a cavy too and they have decent potential for the money, and a stock 98 stang Gt will def not outrun a s/c'd cavy, I raced a 98 Gt last night from an 80mph roll and pulled him 2 cars from 80 - 108, and my car is n/a with bolt ons and stage one cams there are a few vids on here of cavys runnin in the 12's so don't diss em he's building what he has and anything can be fast with time and money

its very weird, they always piss me off, but its comments link to me is like a pandora's box. very tempting but very dangerious things can happen if you open it.

its funny too cause i remember there was one video of a supra TT racing a lambo and blew its doors off, then the guys are like the supra cheated, it had NOS, and i'm like your a f.. ing idiot, you can't hear nitrous being used, what you were hearing was the sound of a turbo charger with the blow off valve. then they go the supra cheated, it needed turbos to win.

then i was playing need for speed most wanted at my boys house and when you use the nitrous it made the same sound effects as a turbo charger did when its spooling. then i'm like damn so thats where these idiots gets their info from.

There are a ton of redneck morons on streetfire, but there are just as many ignorant ricers on there as well. Streetfire has got to be the biggest repository of stupidity on the entire internet.

This IS the best automotive site on the internet that I have ever come across and it's a damn street racing section for christs' sake. I guess the reason for this is that we've got a bunch of level headed people that all have diverse vehicles that keep eachother in check. There is also a lot of respect on this board, which go's a long way.

Actually, those really arent that bad...considering what could have been said. If you wanna see some REAL asshole remarks, then take a look at the comments made about a video that was posted of me and some SS buddies out for a cruise. The video itself wasn't all that great and was never supposed to be posted on streetfire, but someone got a hold of it and put it on there. I can say that about 95% of the people on streetfire completely hate the SS/SC and think it's a 16 second car...:lol:

you should see the comments that where left when someone posted vid of a Kicker SOloX 18 in his car pounding the shit out of it...the muscle jackasses called it stupuid, the ricers called the car shitty because it was rattleing and the so called "audiophiles" said kicker sucks and 18" drivers are too big for car audio usage because the sound waves are too big (didnt know wave size was dependant on driver size).

What was even worse is some of the video's posted on there. i think the gayest one yet was the one of a fox body mustang that osudned stock with exaust trying to back out of gravle driveway that was really steep and sayin the reason they couldnt get up was because they had too much horsepower...WTF?

IIRC, in fourth gear he nailed it, pulled like two cars, took a long ass time to shift to fifth(long enough for the lambo to catch back up), then nailed it again and pulled like 4-5 cars....
