well first off since it is a 91 with a 350 in it which means that the engine has been swapped. 91 RS should have a 305 TBI. is the 350 carb, TBI, TPI.

need to know these first.

well first I would get some hedders and exhaust put on becouse it is probably stock as well. do you know if it is CARB, TBI,TPI.

for some reason I have seen these cars done all three ways so that would help a bit.

I have a set of the Hotchkis SFCs on my IROC they were about $180 from Jeg's. these need to be welded on don't get the bolt on ones it defeates the porpose it will strenthen the frame and help you out with your launch.

besides that just the basic stuff.

if he just bought the car I would suggest that a full tune up be done on the car change cap, roater, plugs, wired, oil, tranny fluid, possible flush the radiator.and if you know how do the timing it is most lickly off.

need more help I can think of a lot of things to do to your car.

Civickiller,
Congrats on the purchase of the RS. i"ve had a black '91 RS with ttops for about a year and i love the car. The only problems i've had have been the radiator..but that happened based on the milage of the car. Yea, like pyro said: it's a good idea to get it tuned. I had mine tuned for the first time in a year yesterday and it runs great. It's alot smoother and seems to be quite a bit more powerful b/c of the new plugs/breathers/wires the whole works. Unluckily, the RS's don't come stock 350...it's 305, but if you do the right things to it it can be haulin ass. My next move is tires, then a nice flowmaster exhast, followed by a K&N intake. (Can't lost low end power..) ANyways, good luck witht he new car. :smoker2:
