2001 Tahoe knock sensor problems

ECM codes showed faulty knock sensors (both). Replaced both knock sensors with ACDelco parts and a new wiring harness from the dealer. I had the codes cleared twice and yet the service engine light keeps coming on showing faulty knock sensors. Ohmed out both knock sensors to engine ground and got 99.7 Kilo ohms. Service manual says to have between 90 and 110 kilo ohms resistance. Do not understand why the service engine light keeps coming on stating the knock sensors are bad. Truck is running perfectly with no knocking sounds or other problems. Please help.

Re: 2001 Tahoe knock sensor problems

Looked at my '98 manual, so take it for what it's worth. A couple of things. There is supposed to be 5 volts present at the sensor which comes from the VCM and there is also a mention of a relearn thing when the sensor is replaced. Look in your manual and see if it says something similar.
