It's not just a simple bolt-on. iam from EGYPT and we are poor in info about turbochargers for exampel iam first one decided to install turbo in my city. i can install it but there are some technecal things i dont know about it such as the BOV i know it is a valve but i dont know what it do and where it install and also the westgate what is the right way to install it and also how to oil the turbocharger i have the oil lines but not sure which one bolt where. i hope you understand me. and i asked the seller (ssautochrome ) they told me they have no instruction booklet !! so i need graphic and i will do it. so can anyone help me to do it ? GScivic7 01-26-2006, 03:26 AM you might as well install yourself without any know how. SSautochrome kits are junk and it's going to last just as long as if it were installed by someone that knew what they were doing. avw0516 01-26-2006, 03:36 PM Ok, I'm short on time right now, but here's the basics: 1) Bolt the turbing housing to the manifold 2) Bolt the o2 housing (If present) or downpipe to the turbing outlet 3) If internal wastegate run the wastegate arm to the flapper in the o2 housing then run a vacuume line from the intake manifold to the vacuume port on the wastegate. If external wastegate, then bolt it to the manifold and run the a vacuume line to it from the intake manifold. 4) Bolt the manifold with turbo assembly to the head. 5) Place the intercooler where it is desired and bolt it down 6) Run a pipe from the turbo outlet (cold side) the intercooler inlet 7) Run a pipe from the intercooler inlet to the throttle body 8) Bolt the blow off valve onto the upper intercooler pipe and run a vacuume line to it. Sorry, I have to go, but I'm sure someone else can finish this up for me. -Andrew hany 01-27-2006, 05:17 AM thanks alot for your attention. i will do my best with your help and other ppl help and if i face a problem i will send you Pavlo 01-28-2006, 04:46 PM Go to homemadeturbo.com and read all the stickies.
