I what is the easiest way to get the power cable from the battery and through the firewall? I have an 88 jetta and ive heard there arent readily available holes. Any suggestions would help. thank you.

on firewall beside the hole that attaches to the brake booster there is a hole with black rubber in it. punch a hole through this and your set this is how I did mine.

thanks but a few days ago , i figured out i could use the hole where the hood release cable runs. I just had to widen out the grommet. It worked perfectly.

A T-splitter would have been smarter so you didnt have to do any structural damage. T split the wires already coming through the fire wall which run 12 V. :licker: [IMG]D:\Orange Jetta With Body Kit.jpg[/IMG]
