i have a friend that has a 2.5L bored .060 with a header, catback, computer chip, intake, and a list of high performance goodies. he has invested way more in the engine than he could have upgraded to a V6 or V8 for. his truck runs pretty good but not worth the money. save your money are do an engine swap.

Re: xtra power for a 91 2.5 L

swap for a v 8, 350 or 386, local junk dealers are your best bet, if your good buy one and rebuild it
