Anyone else having trouble with the handels for reclining the seats?

My handles are so hard to move, if they move at all and I have had both hadles replaced after they had broken off from the seat, but they are still very hard to move and usualy don't, so no one else can drive my car since they can't adjust the seat.

I have had both seat recliners replaced in my 98 blazer. The drivers seat was still under warranty the two times that it broke. The passenger seat is still broken and cannot be messed with unless I use some channel locks.
