Spark Plug Wires

I just bought a 4ag ae86 corolla and I've been doing some repairs on it.
I was replacing my spark plugs and my little brother went through and pullled the wires from the curborator before I could take a good look at them. I've tried to find the firing order for them online but have had no luck turning 1 demensional pictures into 3 demensions. I tried it once and went to go start it and the spark plug fired while the valve was up and ignited the gas fumes. I heard this big pop and I actually blew my hose off of my air filter??? I don't know how that happend. Can somebody please help me and tell me which hose goes where on the curborator!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Re: Spark Plug Wires

1. i didnt realize that there were any spark plug wires going to the carburator...

2. the firing order is 1,3,4,2...meaning looking at the distributor cap the top left plug is one...as you look counter clockwise its 3, then 4, then 2...

3. it blew cause your firing order was off...

4. how many hoses did you actually blow off???
