Would it be worth it to get a USDM 1.8L Integra (b18c?) Engine? Wouldn't that just make the compression a little lower? I'm only asking because I'm hoping one would cost less than a JDM spec. Any info on where USDM 1.8L's are would be great too!

Yeah, it just has lower compression, but also 10hp less than the jdm version. Check local junkyards and classified areas of forums.
