does anyone know for sure if the 95' aurora came from the factory with dex-cool or traditional green antifreeze ? what's better for these motors ? i also noticed prestone markets a antifreeze that can be mixed with all types of coolant.

there is a decal under the hood that has colored dots next to the fluids described...95 were green, traditional type..and 96 were pink dexcool brand long life anti freeze....dexcool seems to have quality issues in some of the other gm cars, take a look at a grand prix of that era to check out the messy coolant tank, other brands of long life coolant are available that chrysler uses that dont have the fallout problems related to dexcool ....after a complete flush you can put in either but never mix them they contaminate each other
