96 Z34 Sunroof With A Mind Of It's Own!

This may sound strange but it is true. I have a 96 Z34 with a strange sunroof problem. If you are out driving the car and you open the sunroof when you shut the car off (with sunroof closed) the sunroof opens back up all by itself with no key in the igition or anything. If you drive the car and you do not open the sunroof and shut it off nothing happens.
Has anyone ever heard of this?

Thanks

Based on what I read, it sounds like it's doing what it was designed to do. After the key is shut off (before you open any doors), the circuitry for power windows and the radio stay on - this would include the sunroof. The sunroof switch is electronic, and when pushed firmly to open it will automatically open all the way - just like the driver's side window.
