Does anyone know which type of rim cleaner/polisher works best for cleaning polished aluminum rims after they have been through a winter? I have been using NeverDull and it just doesnt seem to get all the junk off. It does a good job but I would like to try something different. Before I wash the car I use a rim spray cleaner and let is soak on the rims for a minute and then rinse off but it doesnt get everything off.

Mothers has some great stuff (as long as there is no clear coat on your rims), aluminum mag/wheel polish and there is a billet polish, if your rims are smooth and just need a shine use the Billets polish. Stuff is a little expensive but well worth it.
personaly i love to use the armor all wheel and rim cleaner. its in a grey squirt bottle. its only like 5 bucks a bottle you just spray it on before you wash your car. once your rinsing your car just spray off the stuff. if your rims are really bad then you can do a little bit of personal rim cleaning with a rag but it really gets all the brake dust and other stuff off really easily and fast.

I'll second that. Not to go too much off topic but I use Mother's Mag & Aluminum polish on the frame of my Honda CR250R MX bike. Gets the boot marks off nice and easy too.

Hey Bob, I know you're a Texan, but spurring the CR doesn't do any good, . I do agree that Mothers Aluminum polish and wheel mist cleaners are two of the best out there. I love Meguiars products too, but their aluminum polish SUCKS just so you know.
