97 Tahoe Water Leak Under Pass.mat

Hello
Have 97 Tahoe Water Leak Under Passanger Mat.
It's Not The Rad.
Is This A Normally Problem? Body Seams?
Any Ideas?

Could be a leak in the vent recess area right in front of the windshield. I had this happen with a different Chevy truck I had. One of the caulked seams in there had dried up and cracked, letting the rain and other water in through the firewall on the passenger side. Run a garden hose in there and looks for leaks inside...
