Lets see. Two - three hours of my time, $5 for the replacement pins and $24 for the blower motor resistor. I don't know how much you saved me, but I'm sure its hundreds. Thank you vey much !!!
By the way, the third screw in the back - how do you loosen it? Luckily I was able to work out the old blower motor resistor and basically just use the two screws to hold it is which is more than enough.
