740 Valve Shim Service Tools 5022 & 5026

The service manual for adjusting valve clearance (B230F & FT engines)mentions special service tools 5022 (compressor) & 5026 (pliers). Does anyone know if these are only available through a dealer, or if there is any other source for them?

Pretty sure you can rent and entire kit from these guys.
