89 Accord Top Dead Center?

I have an 89 Accoud with and automatic transmission and I am trying to figure out which mark on the flywheel is top dead center. Is it the red mark or the mark with the "T"? I have two manuals and neither one is clear on this.

White. Red is the ignition timing mark
