any idea how to take the radio out?

Do you know how to remove the trim on the Tundra? I've gotten as far as removing the screws behind the Fan and A/C switches but still can't get to the radio.

did you get the screws behind the air vents? Point the vents up and take a look. After that the black part just pulls off. There are 4 or 5 srews total.

Once you get the trim panel off (the screws behind the vents stumpped me) then the radio just comes out with 4 screws 2 on each side of the unit. it should slide out of the mounting bracket then and you can put in whatever radio you want.
