What do you mean angle?60 degree V6?
Heres the head veiw for a 99 and 00 sequince, pretty sure they're the same till 04. If not someone'll let us know.
Hav the torque for the 99-00. heads are 2 steps,
1 tighten to 37 FT Lbs
2 rotate an additional 90 degrees or 1/4 turn
Those do require new bolts.

Manifold nuts are 144 IN lbs, heat sheilds are 89 IN lbs., and crossover pipes nuts should be 18 FT lbs. Just went through all this with my 99 a while back. What a headache that was! Good Luck. If you hav other concerns let me know.
