plugged in heat/massager pad to lighter...now, radio/overhead cab lights/lighter will not work...have checked fuses...any ideas?

Check maxi-fuses under the hood. Should be in under a black cover on the drivers side.

Yeah, that's really odd. Something must have obviously blown out. Like the other guy said, I would do some checking with the fuses and if you can't tell have a shop take a look at the fuse box.
